1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ditratress Event Services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our Services.

2. Service Description

Ditratress Event Services provides professional event entertainment services for events. All games are for entertainment purposes only and do not involve actual currency gambling. No funds are wagered or won during our events.

3. Booking and Payment

  • 3.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our booking system.
  • 3.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking date.
  • 3.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
  • 3.4 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, credit card, and approved corporate accounts.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations:
  • More than 30 days before event: 50% refund of total payment
  • 14–30 days before event: 25% refund of total payment
  • Less than 14 days before event: No refund
4.2 Our Cancellations:

If we cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Event Requirements

  • 5.1 Venue Access: Client must provide suitable venue access for setup 2–3 hours before the event start time.
  • 5.2 Space Requirements: Adequate space must be provided for all booked gaming tables and equipment.
  • 5.3 Power Supply: Client must provide adequate power outlets.
  • 5.4 Parking: Free parking must be provided for our team and equipment vehicles.

6. Responsible Service

All gaming activities are for entertainment purposes only. No actual currency is involved in any games. We comply with all Australian regulations regarding responsible service and entertainment. All staff are trained in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) where applicable.

7. Liability and Insurance

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of $20 million. We are not responsible for any damage to the venue or injuries to guests except where caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Ditratress Event Services and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs and videos at events for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you consent to the use of such media in our marketing materials. If you wish to opt-out, please notify us in writing before the event.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
